While on the trail of a CIA microfilm, beautiful agent Penny (Anna Bergman) breaks into the house of two former secret agents. They trick her and knock her out using an improvised slapstick routine. When she awakens she is chair-tied in her bikini and gagged with a cloth-gag as the two spies amuse themselves locating her secret agent equipment. They even find a nylon rope in her panties!
